Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of customer service functions including resolving pricing issues, placing orders, managing standing orders, handling return goods authorizations (RGAs), and providing contract information. This role requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs and work towards effective solutions while maintaining positive... relationships with clients. The individual must be adept at resolving customer issues using process expertise and knowing when to escalate concerns to higher management levels. Additionally, the role includes compiling and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) reports for both internal and external clients.
