As a Utility Auditor, you will provide utility and invoice management services to a portfolio of clients. Clients choose Entrata to manage their community utility bills and generate individual resident invoices in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible to work with our data entry team, as well as our clientÂs utility providers, to resolve escalated invoices that are unable to be processed and complete system-generated audits to ensure accurate billing for our clients. A successful Utility Auditor will maintain our high standards for timeliness and accuracy while managing utilities on behalf of our clients.  We are currently hiring in the following states for this position: Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Texas.* Responsibilities  Accountable for accurate and timely processing of data from client invoices  Resolve all daily invoice exceptions to ensure invoices are associated and processed correctly  Coordinate with utility providers and other vendors to resolve problems that prevent an invoice from being processed  Use problem-solving skills to research discrepancies between account balances and payments made  Coordinate with clients and utility providers to resolve system-generated audits on utility invoices  Ensure proper procedures and follow-ups are executed, according to SOPÂs  Assist team members, as needed, to fulfill their job duties  Partner with other departments when taking on new properties to ensure a smooth transition for the client  Collaborate with Utility Service Managers and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met  Accountable to meet department metrics and KPIÂs Minimum Qualifications  Excellent communication skills  both verbal and written  Proven ability to build strategic relationships with clients and team members  Basic computer skills with proficiency in the Google suite of products and Microsoft Office products  Ability to deliver quality results with strict deadlines  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed  Organizational skills needed to balance workload to achieve optimal results  Ability to work well with others in a team setting Preferred Qualifications  Utility experience  Property management experience  Accounting experience specifically accounts payable Benefits  Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits  401K with Matching  Life Insurance  Flexible Spending Account  Short-term and Long-term Disability Benefits: Flexible and transparent culture with remote and hybrid work options, generous vacation time, and frequent company recharge days for work-life balance.
