Description: • ALLSTAR MOTORS AUTO DEALERSHIP is a leading auto dealership. • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs. • Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership. • Manage and follow up on customer leads. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with sales team members to identify sales opportunities. • Stay knowledgeable about our inventory and promotions. • Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals.
