About the position We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in data governance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality applications. , • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development including customizations and integrations. , • Ensure the scalability and maintainability of Salesforce applications. , • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. , • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. , • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. , • Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. , • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. , • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications. , • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. , • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. , • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements • Must have strong experience in Salesforce development and customization. , • Should have a good understanding of data governance principles. , • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. , • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. , • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. , • Should have experience with Agile development methodologies. , • Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
