About the Role: As a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting, you'll be a strategic partner supporting US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC compliance efforts. You'll assist in leading components of quarterly SEC reporting cycles, technical accounting research, and implementation of new regulations and accounting standards. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional partners, including investor relations, FP&A, accounting, tax, and legal teams, as well as auditors.

Your Impact: Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Reporting Support (50%): Prepare and administer company Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and compliance with new accounting standards.
  • Technical Accounting (25%): Track SEC, FASB, IFRS, and other authoritative pronouncements, and support the implementation of new regulations and accounting pronouncements.
  • Additional Responsibilities (25%): Assist in developing and optimizing financial reporting processes, leveraging reporting tools and systems, and supporting review of annual benefit plan statements.

Who You Are: We're looking for a precise, resourceful, and driven individual with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate effective business relationships. You should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent level of education and corporate accounting experience.
  • Active CPA License preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial statement preparation, review, and analysis, and technical accounting compliance and research under US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and experience with Workiva or similar tools is a plus.
