Lead Product Manager (Remote) - $23/Hour

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Product Manager to join our team at Netflix. As a Lead Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining product strategy, KPI objectives, and success metrics for live projects and feature development on our games. You will be responsible for setting reporting standards and using data to deliver meaningful insights that will shape the direction and roadmap for the games under your domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Head of Product to define a overall vision for the product and create a clear product roadmap of targeted features and drives that work towards that broader vision
- Monitor game performance and guide the PM team to define and drive KPIs and targets for products and features
- Execute effective review patterns of the state of our games that carefully consider internal and external feedback as well as key product metrics to continuously improve the product
- Drive customer and competitive research to identify customer segments, feature player needs and product offerings to maximize player engagement, retention, and LTV
- Define and implement metrics and tracking tools for the product and use the data to inform game design and drive decisions for optimization and future feature development
- Collaborate with analytics to establish experimentation roadmap, using A/B testing to meet objectives and drive product and player understanding
- Lead and motivate team members to find solutions for complex problems
- Foster effective relationships across the studio and with external partners to deliver significant business results
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, game systems design, or data analysis in the gaming industry
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Strong experience with quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools like Tableau
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Understanding and experience with a wide range of business models, including free-to-play and subscription-based models
- Bachelor's degree in math, finance, statistics, economics, or a related field preferred
- MBA an plus
