About the Role: As a Regional Housing Manager, you will lead a high-performing team in ensuring our customers thrive in their homes and neighborhoods. You will provide strategic direction, drive continuous improvements, and oversee the quality and compliance of our homes and communities. With a focus on customer satisfaction, tenancy sustainment, and community development, you will play a key role in shaping our housing strategy and delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a regional team to deliver high-performing tenancy and neighborhood management services
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated and comprehensive services
  • Support the delivery of new schemes, ensuring smooth handovers and site inspections
  • Oversee tenancy management activities, including tenancy support, fraud prevention, and evictions
  • Collaborate with contract managers to ensure service providers meet our high standards
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including health and safety checks and safeguarding obligations

About You:

  • Significant experience in housing management, tenancy services, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage performance, budgets, and service providers effectively
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and statutory frameworks for housing associations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and improving operational performance
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and supporting customers to thrive in their communities

Qualifications:

  • A higher education qualification (e.g., Degree) or CIH/IRPM (or equivalent qualification) and/or substantial relevant experience in the housing sector
  • A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business use
