Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the overall operation of the theatre and ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Cross-training in all departments to support where needed and providing inspirational training to employees
  • Leading and motivating team members to achieve operational standards and excellent customer service
  • Preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager
  • Conducting inspections of the theatre building, parking lot, and equipment condition
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Interacting with guests to improve service and ensuring team members provide superior customer service
  • A Day in the Life:

  • Following the direction of the General Manager and supporting their decisions
  • Training and coaching team members in their specific job functions
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and conducting inspections
  • Leading shift huddles and conducting wellness checks on team members
  • Ensuring adherence to proper social distancing guidelines and sanitizing high contact areas
  • Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • High school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
    • Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
    • Basic food handling training and certification (where required)
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
    • Ability to resolve conflict and provide excellent guest service

    Physical and Environmental Requirements:

    • Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
    • Ability to carry, push, and pull objects
    • Noise level may be moderate to high at times
