Join Our Team:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Associate to join our remote team. As an Insurance Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting Account Managers in all aspects of desk management, gradually assuming responsibilities to promote into a Jr. Account Manager and then an Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Account Managers in all aspects of desk management, including policy checking, certificate issuance, eligibility processing, quality control, and account audits. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, team members, India team, and Implementation Managers. - Provide exceptional customer service, managing all aspects of customer service for clients, including retention, account rounding, and new business. - Maintain clients and policies in agency management systems, making recommendations to clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs. - Utilize analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

- Up to 1 year of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience. - Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred. - Possess current and active insurance P&C license. - Accurate data entry and excellent typing skills. - Compliance with all applicable Patra Corp policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

- Work from home with a minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload. - Subject to and expected to comply with all applicable Patra Corp policies and procedures.
