Program Overview
The Enterprise Technology mission is to deliver technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. This internship offers a chance to work across multiple teams and projects with the Enterprise Technology segment, with locations in Orlando, FL and Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by working with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to capture KPIs, service utilization, and inform change enablement activities
- Collaborate with product owners and senior business analysts on team backlog management, documentation, user stories, and end-user training
- Monitor changes to program backlog and communicate with senior business analysts to determine impacts to team backlog, sprint, or iteration
- Help collect business requirements, perform analysis, and document user stories
- Evaluate delivered stories against the definition of done and established acceptance criteria
- Participate in assigned projects
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technology background or applicable technology skills
- Demonstrated technical or creative writing skills, able to translate complex ideas into understandable user stories
- Customer service orientation with demonstrated experience building strong relationships with internal or external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Python/R or other statistical programming languages
- Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, Jupyter, Power BI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as 0365, Slack, Jira Confluence
Program Details
- Location: Orlando, FL or Burbank, CA
- Program Length: May/June - August/September 2025 (12 weeks)
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and provide full availability for the entire program duration
- Must be able to provide own housing and transportation during the internship
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
