As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer queries, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and provide feedback to improve our services
- Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and customer interactions
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance
- Inform customers about new offers or services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
- Oversee route optimization for technicians
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
