Position Overview We are currently hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians licensed in Illinois, native in English and with a high level of Spanish, located in either Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, or Florida to support a leading client in the healthcare industry. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity ideal for professionals with a background in pharmacy support, customer service, and healthcare logistics. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for order fulfillment and customer inquiries, including returns, credits, and product delivery. Manage incoming orders via phone, fax, web, or electronic systems. Handle exceptions, investigate service issues, and resolve complex customer concerns using sound judgment. Track shipments, manage order exceptions, and coordinate product availability and backorders. Collaborate with manufacturing and distribution teams to meet delivery expectations. Set up new customer accounts, document service requirements, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory procedures at the federal and state levels. Provide high-quality communication with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals. Support service team performance by participating in training and mentoring new hires, as needed. Uphold metrics-based performance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Requirements Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training begins) Reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or call center environments (U.S.-based) Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills with native English and high-level Spanish Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong orientation towards metrics and KPIs Experience interacting professionally with patients, RNs, and medical personnel Technical Requirements Internet Connection • Stable broadband internet • Ethernet (wired) connection required Hardware • USB-wired headset (noise-canceling preferred) • Minimum PC specifications: • Processor: 1.8GHz+ (64-bit preferred) • RAM: 8GB or higher • Free Storage: 10GB minimum • Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 • Operating System: Windows 11+ or macOS 13+ Training Details • Start Date: August 18, 2025 • Duration: 5 weeks (paid) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CST Production Schedule • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM CST • Minimum Weekly Hours: 30 (up to 40) Compensation & Benefits Training Rate: $18/hour Post-Training Rate: $20/hour Fully remote, home-based work environment Long-term project-based opportunities Career growth and development potential Long-term cooperation agreement Career development Gamification program (make more money, get holiday paid hours) If you are a licensed pharmacy technician with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a virtual setting, we invite you to apply today.
