As a key member of our 340B Business Line, you will play a vital role in managing key accounts, driving customer success, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing key accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with strategically important clients
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of accounts, including key decision-making personnel
  • Working with Covered Entities to drive customer success and retention
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to assigned accounts
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Driving solutions architecture for clients and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • 340B account management experience or similar experience in a related field
    • Excellent customer relationship, customer service, and negotiation skills
    • Strong problem-resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to manage client expectations and drive customer success
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organization skills

    Education and Experience:

    We require:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 4 years of experience in client account management or relationship management
    • 2 years of experience with 340B
    • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
