The candidate will be responsible for gathering HR business requirements, translating them into functional/analytical solutions, and delivering insights through OTBI and BI Publisher reports. Key Responsibilities: • Work with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. • Configure and support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits. • Develop and optimize OTBI/BI Publisher reports and dashboards. • Provide workforce analytics and insights to support HR decision-making. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate reporting and data validation. Required Skills: • Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules. • Hands-on with OTBI, BI Publisher, or OAC. • Good understanding of HR processes and analytics. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
