Recruiter (Part-Time)

Our commitment to excellence drives us to exceed client expectations in every transaction. Summary We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Brisky Commercial Real Estate. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent to our firm, ensuring we have the right people in place to meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our workforce and contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service. We are looking to add 1-3 part time individuals on a 1099 basis. We're open to an incentive based program that rewards success and ideally builds towards full time. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires. • Build and maintain strong relationships. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to identify potential candidates. • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall recruitment process. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources or recruiting, preferably within the real estate industry. • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with diverse candidates. • Experience with technical recruiting is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or ADP is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
