Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Contracts team as a full-time remote Business Contracts Co-op. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in the corporate world, supporting exciting assignments that bring value to the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Support electronic organization and clean up of contractual and functional information
• Support CORE process improvement initiatives with data analysis and reporting
• Process internal alignment reviews with other functional groups and contracts management
• Assist in the review of terms and conditions
• Purchase Order and Contract compliance reviews
• Creation or update of tools using Microsoft applications

What You Will Learn

• Collaborations with cross-functional teams
• Customer contract management and support
• Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle, including Military FAR 12 and FAR 15 contracts
• How to lead small projects
• How to evaluate risk and apply strategic thinking

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
• U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred qualifications include:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
