Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated Inbound Sales Agent to join our team. As a virtual inbound sales specialist, you will handle inbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to upsell and cross-sell products, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and providing product information
  • Meet daily sales targets and performance metrics, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to upsell and cross-sell products, and drive sales growth
  • Follow the assigned sales process and call flow, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Contact product providers to gather additional information and resolve customer issues
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies
  • Work in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using technology, including software applications and hardware
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college or university education
  • Experience working in a home-based or remote environment
  • Familiarity with home products and furniture industry
  • Certification in sales or customer service
