About the Role: Marketing Communications Coordinator (Part-Time, 20 hours/week)

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our remote team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and driving the implementation of marketing strategies across various channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of print and digital marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and fidelity across all channels.
  • Design and create engaging content using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on visual storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Update and maintain content on the IFSA website and associated directories, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Participate in strategic communication projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project goals.
  • Provide event support (virtual and in-person) with logistics, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage and curate photography and videography assets on PhotoShelter and the IFSA YouTube channel, working with external vendors as needed.
  • Support email communications with content creation, design, and layout, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of IFSA product-specific messaging and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements, Work Experience, and Education

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred), with a focus on event management and organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with content management systems, social media, and web content management (preferred).
  • Existing work authorization and physical residence in the USA.
