**Your Role**
As a German Speaking Customer Sales Agent (m/f/d) - 100% Remote, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking process. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Direct interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email communication.
* **Multichannel customer support**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
