We believe in empowering our employees to grow and develop their careers, and we offer a range of benefits and perks to support your success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft * Ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather * Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing * Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
