Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to international customers via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental standards and goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to ensure productivity.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2; any graduate/PG is eligible to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards.
  • Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
  • Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Good typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an international voice support environment.
  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
