About the Position

As a Customer Service Consultant for the blithequark Answer Team, you will serve as a primary point of contact within a client-facing team in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to a variety of client service requests and issues, which may include enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, group administration, and other routine customer service inquiries. The role emphasizes delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, which requires accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial communication from the client, whether it be through phone calls, letters, or emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a strong client-facing orientation.
  • Provide support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration, developing technical acumen to resolve more complex issues that may arise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client issues effectively.
