Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems is seeking to hire a mid-level Agile Solution Engineer to be a key player in our Digital Transformation effort. This individual will work in conjunction with other senior Agile resources to help implement the Agile methodology across the Mission Processing Product Line programs. In this role, the Agile Solution Engineer will coordinate with existing teams to begin the process of integrating them into a single program solution. In addition, they will be responsible for tracking performance metrics and championing the Agile culture and principles to ensure consistency and accuracy related to the Performance Management Plan.
This is a leadership position for someone who not only has expertise in Agile / Digital Transformation implementations, but also has familiarity and experience with Avionics Systems Engineering, Earned Value Management and either Model Based Systems Engineering or Circuit card design which aligns with the type of work this location performs.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or typical equivalent experience / combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Demonstrated experience working development program(s) with full Earned Value Management reporting requirements (internal and external).
Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of a scaled Agile structure on a large program with integration to Earned Value measurement and reporting systems.
Experience with either Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) OR Circuit Card design.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
At least one Agile certification.
Desired skills
CAM Certification / Understanding of Program Performance Management Plans.
Appreciation for full life cycle development (requirements, design, development, test).
Experience with Agile development practice and scaling.
Attention to detail, dedication to product quality.
DevSecOps experience and/or knowledge.

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
