We are looking for a Revenue Manager with strong technical, strategic, and operational skills to join our Stryker Vocera revenue accounting team. In this role, will lead critical financial processes and have oversight of all aspects relating to revenue accounting. In addition to helping the Company accurately report revenue, you will also assist with regular process improvements and system enhancements. This position will report to the Senior Revenue Manager.

What you will do
Partner effectively with the leadership team to drive bookings and revenue goals through strategic decision making while ensuring compliance with internal policies and U.S. GAAP
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue, and prepare revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations and disclosures
Prepare commissions expense analysis and disclosures in accordance with ASC 606
Oversee accounting research and implement controls and evaluate actions required for compliance with our revenue recognition accounting process
Drive the month and quarter-end processes for the revenue team while supporting FP&A in building bookings and revenue forecasts
Prepare SSP analysis, and work with our internal/external auditors
Uphold and ensure compliance of SOX 404 Key Controls
Maintain and provide audit support as requested by internal and external auditors
Assist with continuous process improvements and adoption of best practices
Participate in special projects including acquisition integration and IT system implementations
Support the sales team during deal negotiations; advise on transaction structure to align contract terms and business objectives
What you will need
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred
8+ years of professional experience required; related to complex revenue recognition analysis preferred
4+ years of experience at public accounting firm and high technology companies with hardware, software and services preferred
Deep understanding and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP revenue recognition rules
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP and RevPro preferred
$95,100 - $204,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
