Responsibilities
We are seeking a software engineer to join our Agency Collaboration & Simple Conversations team. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining solutions and products for Agents and Agent Team members for State Farm. This product team brings a wealth of opportunities on the technical front, exploring ways to keep ahead of the industry trends for AWS, Salesforce & agile API development.
As a Software Engineer in this role, you will get to:
- Conduct various proof of concepts on new technologies and work with senior architects to develop recommendations that align with State Farm's IT strategy.
- Lead technical work that crosses organizational boundaries while championing initiatives and ideas for specific departments and the Enterprise.
- Engage in every aspect of product development, including planning, architecture and design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and management within the organization.
