We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with affiliate marketing know-how to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with our existing affiliate partners and charitable organizations, optimizing campaigns and driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation efforts. This role requires a strong blend of relationship management, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
We are based in Austin, TX, but this position is 100% remote.

- Partner Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their business goals and aligning them with our product offerings to grow lead traffic.
- Provide regular communication and support to partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with API or campaign implementation to ensure their success.
- Ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards, fostering a positive brand image and mitigating risks.
- Proactively manage and resolve conflicts or disputes with partners, maintaining a constructive and productive working relationship.
- Strategy and Analysis
- Collaborate with partners to develop and monitor campaigns in alignment with business objectives, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Analyze account performance data, track key performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to continually improve conversion rates, revenue, and other relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance company product offerings.
- Industry Awareness and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in partner marketing and digital advertising.
- Continuously explore innovative approaches and strategies to maximize partner value and stay ahead of competitors.
- 1+ years of account management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in conversion tracking platforms, reporting tools, and digital marketing analytics
- Well rounded technology capability (GSuite, Salesforce, Asana, JIRA,Tableau)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective partner relationship management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to follow through on action plans independently and collaboratively within a team
- Minimal travel required (2-3 times a year)
