JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire an experienced Math Instructor to be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' mathematical proficiency. Your expertise will be vital in creating engaging and innovative mathematics curricula, promoting problem-solving skills, and supporting students' academic growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Math Instructor to make a positive impact on students' language acquisition and help them achieve their language learning goals. This is a Flexible, Part-Time opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor?s degree in Math or any related field (required)
• Master's degree in Math or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• 1 year experience as a Math instructor or tutor (required)
• Successful track record of developing student?s knowledge in learning Math (required)
• Professional communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Enthusiastic about working with students and parents
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Highly organized and detail oriented (attention to detail and accuracy is imperative)
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines

JOB DUTIES:

• Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum Development to develop lesson plans and curricula as needed
• Deliver interactive and engaging English lessons that promote the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, including tests, assignments, and participation, and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Provide homework help as needed
• Able to lead a classroom of students effectively and work efficiently with students
• Good classroom management skills
