As a Sales Analytics Analyst you will analyze and report on field sales compensation, performance metrics, field orders, and associated sales challenges. This encompasses both individual and branch/agency performance, addressing needs presented by field management as well as requirements from our Finance and Senior Leadership teams. This role will be pivotal in spotting sales trends and will be tasked with formulating recommendations either to bolster these trends or mitigate them.

What You Will Do

Analyze and report on field sales compensation, performance metrics, field orders, and associated sales challenges, encompassing both individual and branch/agency performance.

Develop and provide Senior Sales Management & Finance management with all required and requested reporting.

Compile, audit and administer monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Reports that measure key performance indicators of the sales force.

Create ad hoc Sales Reports relating to hospital, surgeon, and field usage.

Calculate monthly field sales & compensation performance and facilitate Senior Sales Management recognition tools.

Audit current processes and continually strive to improve accuracy and ease of use.

Convert overarching business needs into precise technical and functional guidelines.

Develop reporting and analytics, emphasizing Sales Compensation performance, tailored for Senior Sales & Finance Management.

Construct and present executive sales dashboards for monthly assessments by these senior teams.

Ensure proper data governance, offer direction on data utilization, and serve as the main point of validation for teams outside of Sales Operations.

Assist in orchestrating the yearly national sales meeting.

Compute the performance of field sales and compensation and support the tools recognizing Senior Sales Management.

Review existing processes to pinpoint potential areas of improvement.

Suggest and execute strategies to enhance data precision and report accessibility.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Prefer experience with BI tools i.e. Power Bi

Ability to spot and correlate sales and compensation trends.

Formal training and/or certification in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and hit deadlines.

Effective understanding of data visualization, sales reporting, and analytics best practices

$51,300- $99,200 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
