Position description



The UCLA Music Department invites applications for a part-time lecturer position in Composition.



Responsibilities include group/class instruction on Contemporary Composition Pluralist Music and exploring compositions greatly influenced by diverse musical traditions that extend beyond the Eurocentric framework.



Applicants should have an established regional, national, and/or international reputation as a composer, researcher, and teacher with expertise and experience in broad repertoires. A post-baccalaureate degree is preferred.
