JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review applicants and conduct and/or review interviews for full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff positions
  • Work closely with the executive team to create, optimize, and execute innovative recruitment and hiring strategies
  • Coordinate and deliver robust employee trainings and orientations
  • Schedule and manage part-time and seasonal staff
  • Conduct employee reviews and create plans for individual and team success in the workplace
  • Maintain personnel files, time sheets, and other employee records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Establish and reinforce team norms that ensure professionalism in the workplace, and deliver initiatives that promote and uphold company values
  • Build positive team culture that focuses on an awesome working environment and a staff that delivers the best possible experiences for kids

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 8 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years of HR management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Tech savvy, and confident working with Google Sheets & Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Previous professional experience in education and/or summer camps is a plus
  • Inclusive, professional, upbeat, & positive attitude
  • Clearance of all required background checks
