What You'll Do:
? Be the Go-To Expert: Provide top-notch support by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
? Educate & Assist: Share detailed information about insurance products, helping customers understand their policies and options.
? Review & Recommend: Evaluate current policies, recommend product upgrades, and refer clients to sales agents when needed.
? Problem Solver: Handle complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage the complaint database, and assist in streamlining service processes.

What We?re Looking For:
? A current insurance license (required).
? High school diploma or GED.
? Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
? Tech-savvy: Proficient with databases, call systems, and basic computer applications.
? A friendly, professional demeanor with a knack for problem-solving.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
