Develop and implement innovative digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform product development decisions.
Identify and prioritize customer needs and requirements through data analysis and user feedback.
Define product requirements and create user stories to guide the development process.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine product offerings.
Develop go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
Monitor product performance and use data to drive product optimizations and improvements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on digital banking products, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing materials and promote digital banking products to customers.
Keep up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance of digital banking products.
Monitor industry competitors and identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the digital banking team.
Represent Comerica Bank at industry events and conferences to promote digital banking products and build partnerships.
