The PXP Lead
Our People Experience Partner Lead is an experienced HR professional who will use their Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities. PXP Leads are player/coach roles that manage a team of PXPs while also providing support to their own employee population.
Functional Knowledge
Manage a team of 6-10 PXPs and provide escalation support as necessary while growing and developing their careers
Works with the People Partners to understand the People Strategy and how the PXP?s will support the business? people goals.
Responsible for maintaining and expanding HR funding & gearing ratios
Directs HR team to execute business initiatives, actions plan, & corporate activities
Provides Talent Management oversight in collaboration with People Partners & PXPs
Participate in region and AMR leadership meetings as necessary
Actively represent the PXP community as an advocate and leader to CoPs, Product teams, the business, etc.
Leading & driving implementation of business line & global HR project cycles such as Engagement, Diversity and Talent, etc.
Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions
Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging
Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results
Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL?s Employee Relations team
Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support
Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience
Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint ?on the ground?
Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle ? using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders

Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professional
Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc.
Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities

A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organization

Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization.
Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively
