Reporting to the Vice President of North America Field Sales, the Sales Enablement and Communication Leader is responsible for defining and developing processes, content, and tools that optimize sales.



The Sales Enablement and Communication Leader is a true change agent, helping build infrastructure and leading cross-functional projects. This person is equal parts operator and analyst - enabling and optimizing sales and marketing processes, programs, channels, and campaigns through best-in-class technology by creating, documenting, teaching, and enforcing processes. This individual will be instrumental in spearheading the capture and documentation of sales leadership knowledge and best practices. Proactively building the DS Sales Playbook and workflows, while acting as the central organizer, effectively acquiring content in a manner that can be effectively deployed amongst the sales team.



The Leader of Sales Enablement works as a hands-on program manager, defining strategy, planning and engages with Sales to create efficiencies that increase productivity and effectiveness. They work proactively with senior management to identify business challenges, prioritize these challenges, define the scope and approach for the solution and execute those activities. You will be responsible for leading and driving the execution and continuous improvement of the ?Sales Program?.



Education:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Years and Type of Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of business leadership experience preferably in a role with strategic, problem solving, and analytic components.

Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:

  • High business acumen

  • Strategic Agility

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Project management planning and administration experience

  • Ability to work in a high energy environment where resiliency and timely turnaround of quality work is essential

  • Proven ability to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.

  • Proven ability to exercise sound independent judgment

  • Ability to interact with multiple personalities and maintain a professional demeanor required.

  • Ability to influence behaviors without direct management structures.

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills,.

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and identify process improvements.
