<p>HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated <strong>Application Developer</strong> to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Application Developer</p><p><strong>HCL Job ID: </strong>329313BR</p><p><strong>Position Type: </strong>Full-time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>El Segundo, CA (Initial remote ok)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary skillset: </strong>Confluent Kafka, KSQL, GCP (Google Cloud Platform)</p><p><strong>Secondary Skillset: </strong>Node.JS, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Dockers, GCP (Cloud Run, App Engine, Pub/Sub), JavaScript and GitLab </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>Good experience in configuring confluent Kafka connectors &amp; topics.</p><p>Experience in debugging confluent Kafka errors and fixing them on-time.</p><p>Experience on cloud/hybrid deployments Optimizing and tuning Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic Implementation of security and data protection.</p><p>Integration of data storage solutions (SQL databases, Mongo DB). </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills And Qualifications: </strong></p><p>5+ Years of experience with Confluence Kafka or Aache Kafka </p><p>5+ Years of experience with Data Integrations </p><p>Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available.</p><p>Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds Oracle, SQL Server DB2.</p><p>Basic GCP Cloud Knowledge: App engine, cloud run, Google Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, secret.
