Are you hungry to be a part of the world?s largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands?<br><br>Now is the time to explore the opportunities of PepsiCo: What makes you unique makes us better!<br><br><strong>Location: Remote - Prefer Midwest or East - 50% Travel<br><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide engineering support to PBNA Supply Chain by working on major capital capacity, innovation, and cost management projects as well as infrastructure work and strategic initiatives.</li><li> The individual in this position will provide capital project management and/or project oversight for major CAPEX approvals at PBNA manufacturing locations. </li><li>This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Package and Product Development, Procurement and external suppliers. </li><li>This position is responsible for driving standardization and serving as a technical liaison to plants.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation and Benefits:<br><br></strong><ul><li>The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $ 165,150 based on a full-time schedule</li><li>Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary</li><li>Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.</li><li>Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement</li><li>In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Majors Preferred</strong> : Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Eng<br><br><ul><li>BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a high-speed bottling manufacturing environment. </li><li>Solid understanding of plant maintenance operations. </li><li>Individual project CAPEX expenditure experience should be at least $5MM </li><li>Ability to travel; individual can expect to be out of the office up to 30% of the time.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge / Skill Requirements : <br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven capital project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Proficiency in negotiating with vendors, contractors and consultants. </li><li>Proven leadership in troubleshooting/problem solving in the manufacturing environment (PET Bottle and Can Lines).</li><li>Understanding of finance, product/project cost tracking and reporting.</li><li>Self-motivated, results & action oriented. </li><li>Solid team building skills; able to manage and lead cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proven experience in managing direct reports, exempt and non-exempt.</li><li>Computer skills to include proficiency with computer maintenance management systems, reporting/tracking software, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Note</strong> : COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
