Join our team and create your future Position Summary As a Senior Associate specializing in Microsoft Teams, you will play a crucial role in our technology team, providing expertise in configuring, optimizing, and managing Microsoft Teams. Your knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams will be used to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity among Huron workers. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Teams Configuration and Optimization ? Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams settings including meetings, webinar, and phone features to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Integration and Customization ? Collaborate with other teams to integrate Microsoft Teams with other relevant tools and applications such as Outlook, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Workday, ServiceNow, and others. User Training and Support ? Provide training and support materials to Support and be a point of escalation for problems they cannot solve. Security and Compliance ? Ensure Microsoft Teams complies with industry standards and company policies, implementing necessary security measures to safeguard sensitive and confidential information, including PHI and PII. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution ? Identify and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams meetings, webinars, and phone such as poor audio quality and hardware issues. Provide timely support and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and functionality. Documentation and Best Practices ? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and best practices for collaboration and communication platforms. Collaboration and Communication ? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience specializing in the Microsoft Suite including Teams administration. Bonus if that experience includes voice and meetings. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Experience with Microsoft Teams compliance, security, and governance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and training skills to provide support and guidance to end-users. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage projects. Authorized to work in the US BONUS -- Experience with Zoom administration The estimated base salary for this job is $75,000 - $105,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron?s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron?s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $84,000 - $123,900. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron?s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
