That?s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you?ve always envisioned.<p><br></p><strong>What You Will Do In This Role</strong><p><br></p>In this role, you will:<p><br></p><ul><li>Make outbound and receive inbound sales calls to both new and existing prospects, to enable merchants to begin accepting new acquisitions. </li><li>Will send emails and other written communications to and from merchant (suppliers) to research if they will accept payment from their customer (buyer).</li><li>Will explain the request to pay with updated payment method, describe fee, and help the supplier to understand product value.</li><li>Will help customers set up in the payment system to enable them to receive payments.</li><li>Function between sales channels and business to facilitate lead management to help close lead. </li><li>May run reporting, provide business pertinent insight for meetings, and resolve leads needing more information.</li><li>Verify payment acceptance criteria from a specific buyer or buyers and execute a change in payment method as appropriate.</li><li>May handle virtual card numbers from customers via a secure email and process the payment by providing the payment information to the merchant via phone with a live person, IVR, web portal and or fax.</li><li>Service merchant inquiries.</li><li>Handle merchant escalations.</li><li>Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.</li><li>Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.</li><li>Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
