Invest in your future and become a stakeholder by purchasing company shares at a 15% discount twice annually. </li><li>401(k) Match: Ensure a secure future with fair matching of your retirement contributions. </li><li>Paid Leave: Recharge and find work-life balance, flexible parental leave for quality family time, generous sick leave, and enjoy paid time off, company holidays, and floating holidays to unwind and pursue personal interests.</li><li>Paid Training and Advancement Opportunities: Open doors to exciting possibilities by engaging in our dynamic learning programs, which include the opportunity to earn valuable certifications.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project to develop ROI for branch system enhancement projects and scope of work.</li><li>Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).</li><li>Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.</li><li>Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.</li><li>Manage toll-gate process and timeline of all projects to stay on schedule and within budget.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices (e.g. internal audit, SOX, CCPA).</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Moderate travel requirements as needed for business purposes; 25%.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in the field of Business Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5-7 years of experience within project management.</li><li>PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.</li><li>Lean/Six Sigma a plus. </li><li>Extensive experience in leading organizations through process improvement efforts. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.</li><li>Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to work in changing environment, see through complexity</li></ul>
