We are on the front lines of innovation, working side-by-side with customers to drive value across the entirety of their digital transformation journey.<br><br>Within Industry Solutions, the Business Planning team helps develop innovative monetization approaches across a broad portfolio of professional services offerings for enterprise customers. As a Senior Business Strategy Manager on the Business Planning team, you will help incubate and scale new offers and optimize existing offers for profitable growth. You will partner with solution strategists, sales teams, engineers, industry experts, technology experts and finance to accelerate the growth of multi-billion-dollar Industry and Cloud businesses. You will have an opportunity to join a collaborative, inclusive team focused on creating meaningful impact with enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to learn and grow.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design and evolve monetization strategy (pricing <li1gt;Conduct internal and external research and economical modeling to make recommendations and drive business case development (e.g., identify market growth opportunities, segment customers, and assess propensity to buy, evaluate compete strategies and price to win) </li><li>Engage closely with solution strategy and delivery teams to inform offer development and drive alignment between solution and monetization strategy </li><li>Facilitate decision making with executives and orchestrate execution for launching new business models and offers </li><li>Partner with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies to land new offers in market and enable compete strategies </li><li>Partner with operations teams on incubating and scaling modern monetization approaches with enterprise customers and partners <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Required/Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years in product management, strategy consulting, business planning, finance, business development, or related experience</li><ul><li>OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years in product management, strategy consulting, business planning, finance, business development, or related experience</li><li>OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, incubation, driving change in a large company, entrepreneurship, management consulting).<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Additional Or Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with problem solving and analytical skills. </li><li>Experience building business cases and economic models. </li><li>Experience integrating internal and external data to develop strategic insight. </li><li>Ability to manage through ambiguity and complex environments. </li><li>Experience working with global, multi-cultural teams. </li><li>Experience in the high-technology and professional services industries.<br><br></li></ul>Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.<br><br>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
