As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering medical data into our electronic systems.

Responsibilities :
? Accurately and efficiently enter medical data into electronic systems
? Verify data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed
? Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost privacy and discretion
? Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
? Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry
? Perform data audits and troubleshoot any discrepancies
? Other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
? High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred
? Previous experience in data entry or medical data preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
? Willing to adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
