- Ensure that proposals adhere to all specified requirements, guidelines, and evaluation criteria outlined in RFPs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and operational aspects of proposals. 4. **Project Coordination:**
- Coordinate proposal development activities, including scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, and assigning tasks to team members.
- Track proposal progress and manage the completion of various proposal sections within specified timelines. 5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Work with proposal teams to address feedback and incorporate revisions. 6. **Knowledge Management:**
- Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and reusable components.
