  • Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the proposal strategy.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight our organization's strengths, capabilities... and value proposition.

  • Ensure that proposals adhere to all specified requirements, guidelines, and evaluation criteria outlined in RFPs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and operational aspects of proposals.

  • Coordinate proposal development activities, including scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Track proposal progress and manage the completion of various proposal sections within specified timelines.

  • Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
