What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA
? Document complaints accurately and handle refund and coupon processing
? Maintain knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions
? Assist with technical inquiries and complaint handling
? Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
? 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
? Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
? Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual in Spanish
? Experience in a health and wellness-related industry
