Development Coordinator
Posted 2025-03-14The Development Coordinator is a vital member of Bridgercare?s fundraising and communications operations, helping the Development Director organize and implement fund development and public relations activities at Bridgercare and reports directly to the Development Director, who incorporates administrative team feedback with respect to the Development Coordinator?s performance review.
? Assist... Development Director to develop, implement, update and report to Administration and the Board on the
annual fundraising and communication plan to meet annual revenue goals for Bridgercare.
? Manage fundraising tasks including major donor cultivation and asks, appeal mailers, donor and supporter digital
communications, physical newsletters, etc.
? Assist Development Director in planning and executing Bridgercare?s annual marketing strategy.
? Help with donations process and writing thank you letters.
? Work with contracted grant writers to secure grant funding to support clinic operations.
? Develop, manage, implement and report results of special events to raise funds and further relationships with
clients, donors, and supporters.
? Produce quarterly, project, and other database reports as needed and disseminate to Bridgercare Board and
Administration.
? Grow fundraising knowledge base by participating in high quality professional continuing education.
? Help organize and facilitate the Brand Ambassador program.
? Manage and grow monthly donor program (the Pill Pack) on an annual basis.
? Support the growth of the Montana Family Planning statewide fundraising program.
? Steward Bridgercare stakeholder groups, monthly donors, and volunteers through quarterly communications.
? Participate in Story gathering for publicity and also as a way to connect with staff colleagues.
? Participate in agency staff meetings, trainings, and Board meetings at the request of the Executive Director.
? Serve on workplace committees as needed.
? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Development Director.
? Develop and execute press and media outreach strategy.
? Coordinate advocacy efforts with partners and volunteers.
This position is 20-30% hybrid eligible.
