As the systems manager, you will contribute to Starbucks? success by being accountable for the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central (Partner Central), SAP HR applications and Partner & Customer Services systems. You will manage a team who will lead daily sustainment activities and will support optimization of these core systems including projects, initiatives, troubleshooting production issues and delivering system enhancements. To be successful in this role you must be results-driven and transparent in the storytelling through data-driven decisions and strong leadership.
As a systems manager, you will?
? Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure your immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork
? Provide partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities
? Provide inspiration, direction, and leadership support to team members to achieve partner, business, and customer results
? Focus on identifying and analyzing business needs and supporting team in conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for project work
? Think strategically, communicate vision, and execute plans to meet business objectives
? Assess business processes and implement improvements and controls
? Manage complex escalations to resolution, including business-critical process failures
? Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with business customers and technology at various levels of the organization utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills

? Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
? Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
? Ability to work independently.
? Displays initiative and has the ability to improve processes and document work performed
? Demonstrated passion for data cleanliness, automated integrations and process improvements
? Prior exposure in collaborating with finance and accounting teams to drive tool adoption and system acumen
? Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and resourcing constraints to achieve deadlines
? Prior management or supervision experience sets you above your competition

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
