The Position:
As a Customer Service Representative at Fields Electrical Sales, you'll play a crucial role in our customer-focused team, helping to drive our continued growth and success in the electrical industry. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by helping clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and solutions.
? Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining organized transaction records.
? Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, working to find satisfactory resolutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
? Develop a deep understanding of our electrical products and services to provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers.
? Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to address customer needs and provide seamless support.
? Participate in our quarterly bonus program, which rewards exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent (an associate or bachelor?s degree is preferred).
? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent problem-solving abilities.
? Basic computer proficiency.
? Knowledge or interest in the electrical industry is advantageous.
? Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
