What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Forecast sales, inventory, and shipments using historical data and market trends
• Analyze customer KPI performance and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives
• Cultivate strong relationships with retail accounts and internal stakeholders
• Assist in order management and event planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply planning
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and database applications
• Strong business analytics skills with a focus on statistic and scenario analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate assertively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a seasonal industry
• Knowledge of S&OP-APO and demand planning software
