We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.Responsibilities...
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience working in a customer service role is preferred
