Virtual Assistant for Weight Loss Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate virtual assistant within North Carolina. We will consider applicants from Georgia or South Carolina.

Duties will include:
? Responding to phone calls, emails and messages from current and prospective patients
? Scheduling client appointments
? Helping with other various administrative duties
? Updating forms in electronic health record
? Assisting clients within program by phone or text

You will be successful if you have or are the following:
? Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively
? Solution-oriented
? Very organized
? Detail-oriented, using proper grammar
? Creative with ideas to grow and improve the program
? Strong tech skills

Requirements
? Must reside in the state of North Carolina or be willing to work as an independent contractor
? Background in nutrition a plus
? Must have a quiet location to work free from children and loud pets.
? Must have a strong internet connection.
