About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant to join the Customer Impact Assessment and Resolution Strategies (CIARS) leadership team, to lead Strategic Planning for the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) organization. As the Strategic Planning lead, you will manage and... monitor the organization?s progress toward key objectives and strategic priorities. The Customer Impact Assessment and Resolution Strategies (CIARS) organization reports into Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) in the Chief Operating Office (COO). The CIARS organization is comprised of four specialized customer impact resolution teams, each uniquely dedicated to ensuring the strategic, effective, and timely delivery of commitments to our customers: Customer Impact Assessment and Remediation Intake Enterprise Redress Office Mediation Program Specialized Customer Care and Resolution In addition to resolving customer impact, CIARS oversees the development and distribution of key ECR executive reporting deliverables and strategic communications to critical audiences, including Operating Committee, board of directors, regulators, and executive leadership, and leads ECR-wide strategic planning efforts, defining its strategic priorities and monitoring the organization?s progress toward key objectives. In this role, you will: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and monitor the progress of organizational strategic priorities Partner with COO/Corporate Strategy to promote organizational strategic priorities in periodic strategy reviews Analyze the organization?s goals and objectives and identifying areas for improvement Evaluate the success of strategies and propose adjustments when needed Provide executive-level strategic consulting services to senior leaders Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges Provide guidance to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong managerial consulting or corporate strategic planning experience Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide Strong ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise, and understandable manner Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management Ability to motivate groups and to quickly gain the trust/confidence of executive leaders Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Willingness to work hybrid work schedule Location: 6051/6061 N State Hwy 161 Irving, TX 260 Charles Lindbergh Dr Salt Lake City, UT 2800 S Price Rd Chandler, AZ 301 S Tryon St Charlotte, NC 1525 W W T Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy West Des Moines, IA 4101 Wiseman Blvd Bldg 205 San Antonio, TX 2710 Pine St. E Bldg, St. Louis MO Required location(s) listed above.
